Yeezys Are Officially The Most Valuable Sneakers In History! – Kanye West is once again making historical moves and this latest news involves his incredibly popular Yeezy sneakers. The Shade Room exclusively reports that the 2008 Nike Air Yeezy’s; that Kanye wore to the 2008 Grammys. They then went on sale for over $1 million at Sotheby’s, making it the highest-priced sneaker ever to go on sale in the history of global sneaker sales!
The Yeezy’s were worn by Kanye when he made his emotional performance of “Hey Mama” and his Grammy-winning song “Stronger”. One of the most prized and sought-after sneakers in existence. The Yeezy’s are offered from Ryan Chang, renowned sneaker collector and curator of @applied.arts.nyc; and will be on public exhibition from 16 – 21 April in Hong Kong at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.
