Kardashians’ New Hulu Series Gets April Premiere Date

Kardashians’ New Hulu Series Gets April Premiere Date

After the Kardashian-Jenner clan’s announcement that “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” was ending after 20 seasons, fans rejoiced when matriarch Kris Jenner confirmed that she, along with Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kendall Jenner, were heading to Hulu for a new chapter. “Excited to announce our new multi year partnership with Hulu and Star and what’s to come in 2021,” Kris tweeted in Dec. 2020.

On New Year’s Eve, Hulu announced the famous family’s show, “The Kardashians.” The streamer dropped a 15-second trailer on the same day for the upcoming series, flashing “When the countdown to the New Year ends, the countdown to the new show begins” across the screen. Khloé, Kendall, Kim, Kris, Kourtney, and Kylie also appear in the clip to say, “Happy New Year, everyone!” The entire crew will create content that will stream exclusively on Hulu.

Hulu finally unveiled the premiere date for “The Kardashians,” which will arrive on the platform on April 14.

Teasers for the new reality series have been released ahead of its debut, but there’s still no telling exactly what the show holds for the family. Read ahead to get the full scoop on everything there is to know about “The Kardashians,” including its plot, cast, and trailers.

As expected, Kendall, Khloé, Kim, Kourtney, Kris, and Kylie are all set to appear regularly on the show. Kourtney’s ex Scott Disick, with whom she shares three children will also be part of the new series. During a recent appearance on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” Kim hinted that Kourtney’s fiancé Travis Barker may appear on the show as well. However, no word yet on how often we’ll see Rob Kardashian in the show.

The new reality show says viewers will be getting an “all-access pass” to the lives of the family they know and love. And as we hoped, the Kardashians are bringing the cameras back to get to the truth behind the headlines. “From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a rivetingly honest story of love & life in the spotlight,” the synopsis reads.

During the May 2021 Disney Upfronts, Kris shared that the Hulu series “is the next chapter” for the family.

“In the new show, you’ll see us evolving as a family, fans want us to be who we are and since moment one, they’ve been emotionally invested in our show just like we are. The fans will love seeing us continue the journey.” She added, “I can’t say much about what’s coming but spoiler, we’re going to look fabulous and everyone’s going to watch.”

In a video announcement, Hulu revealed that “The Kardashians” will premiere on April 14 with new episodes streaming every Thursday. During an appearance on “The Ellen Degeneres Show” in October, Khloé alluded to an earlier series premiere date, saying the show was expected to arrive “either end of January, early February.” “That’s the beauty of Hulu,” she said, “we’re streaming, and we get to have a much quicker turn around than previously. We’re really excited.”
